Fall Meditation Series
We are excited to bring Meditation for all levels to Meadow Lake. Cari Moffet has completed her instructor training and is ready to guide others into their own experience.
These classes will be held in the Wholelife Wellness Studio. We have meditation cushions and pillows as well as chairs and yoga mats.
It doesn't matter if you have never sat before or if you regularly meditate,
group meditation is for everyone.
Monday Evenings 6:15pm-7:00pm are designed to go deep within to explore our self development. Some topics include our Shadows, Pain in the Body, Grief, Chakra Healing and much more. A journal is recommended.
Tuesday Evenings 5:15pm - 6:00pm will be mostly guided sessions with silent meditations included. This evening will be focused on observing what is going on in the body and in the mind with very basic techniques that you can adopt into your own practice.
Sessions begin Sept 9/10 and end Nov. 26. There will be no classes Monday Oct. 7, 8, 14, and Nov. 11.
All classes will be Karma Pay (pay what you want, when you want, how you want, if you want...cash, produce, wine and baking are welcomed ideas) lol:)
If you prefer to karma pay a lump sum and come when you can then you can arrange this with Cari. This payment can be paid by card at the front desk or by e-transfer to Cari (306-240-5606).
Small print: the doors will be locked when class starts so please be on time. Children/Teens are welcome, kids under 12 need a parent with them. You do not have to register for any of the classes. All props are on a first come, first served basis. Cash is appreciated for a quick self check in. If you need to pay in another method please let me know ahead of time. BEGINNERS MEDITATION WORKSHOP

We will learn what Meditation really is and how just 10 mins a day can start to change your life. We live in a very busy world where we are always on the run. Our body and mind have little recovery time to reset and continue. This little workshop may be the catalyst for you.

Meet your guide: Hi I'm Cari Moffet. I have been Meditating on and off for about 20 years. My practice has strengthened recently as I am just completing my training to become a Certified Meditation Instructor. When not meditating, I am also a Registered Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Certified Medical Intuitive.
